Chronicle To Books Mr. Good Enough

Maddie Mason isn’t desperate. She’s simply tired of waiting for the universe to deliver her Mr. Perfect. So she’s turning to the dating website she created, MisterGoodEnough.com, to finally find her future.

Online matchmaking is perfect for Maddie, because:
A) History has proven she’s a poor judge of decent husband material.
B) The dating pool in her crumbling little hometown is all but dried up.
C) She wants babies.

Trent Sawyer is not Mr. Good Enough material, because:
A) Twelve years ago, he stomped the stuffing out of Maddie’s naïve little teenage heart.
B) The man might look good in a tool belt, but she’s sure he’s up to something nefarious.
C) He doesn’t want kids. Ever.

But if Maddie were to fall for a guy like Trent, it would only be because:
A) When he apologizes, he apologizes big.
B) He’s fixing their little farm town, one dilapidated home at a time.
C) Her world is a brighter place with him in it.

So should Maddie:
A) Go for Mr. Second Best and the family she’s always wanted?
B) Take her Mr. Almost Perfect without the babies she craves?

Either way, there’s nothing simple about settling for Mr. Good Enough.

Commentary Containing Books Mr. Good Enough
Won this book in the First Reads Goodreads Giveaway. Now, I'm a sucker for a good ol' romance. Which is exactly what I got here. Only better.I have to say that this book is a lot better that "Good Enough". Forget good enough, this is perfect.Jamie Farrell has some serious talent, judging by this book. The book had me laughing from the acknolwedment page! I think I drove my family crazy with all the laughs, chuckles, giggles, snorts and secret smiles they saw and heard while I read this book.

Okay, yall (Wait. Did I just yall? I totally blame this book. Anyway.) You remember how much I ranted and raved about Jamie Farrells first book, Southern Fried Blues? I adored it. I wanted to crawl right inside that book and live there, especially if I got to be Anna Grace. Well, Mr. Good Enough certainly left me feeling the same way. I love Farrells work because everything is so real and down-to-earth. I love her strong female leads, and her sexy southern boys. This book definitely warmed up

If you are looking for a great book that has romance and comedy than this is a great book for you! When Maddie decides to start a new website for people looking to find not the perfect match but someone to comfortably spend the rest of your life with she certainly didn't think she would be the one signing up! While the dating pool isn't exactly the best out there, she should be able to find someone! Throwing her hat in the game she sets out to find her match! When an old flame comes into town

This was a fun read. I must admit that my sister has been trying to get me read this for weeks. (I detested summary but here goes) Maddie lives in a "small" town in Illinois that has a Mayberry feel to it. Well it is small and like Mayberry if Mayberry had it's own high school and a hospital. Maddie his a hometown gal who everyone knows. Her dad is a minister, her mom is a doctor, and her brothers are popular. She couldn't come from a more well adjusted family. Back in high school Maddie had a

Mr. Good Enough by Jamie Farrell was amazing! A second chance, friends-to-lovers romance that is fun, heartwarming and a true delight! A highly recommended read. Please note that an ARC was generously provided in exchange for an honest review of which this is both honest and completely voluntary.

I absolutely loved Maddie and Trent's story. I was hooked from the moment I read about purple cows in the kitchen, something I've loved since I was a year old! It starts with an intriguing idea, a website set up by Maddie and her best friend Gina calked MisterGoodEnough.com. It's set up yo match people with someone who is good enough, if not perfect, for them. Maddie decides to be their first success story by going on dates herself. Instead of settling for one of those men, she falls for Trent,

In this day and age of internet dating sites, Jamie Farrell created a hilarious version with a new twist in Mr. Good Enough! She presents us with a small aging town (with secrets of its own), a diminished dating pool, foiled dates, romantic dates, a clicking biological clock, a lifelong crush with a broken heart, as well as a hometown hero returned from the dead! Trent, the hometown hero, struggles with the hurts, losses, and trauma from his past that he has never been able to let go, or make a
